Text: Page 93
The myth of Eros and Psyche is a story of the love of true knowledge, which can be an inspiration for psychologists and scientists to take risks, to carry both a lamp and a knife, and create a science that ends human ignorance and suffering. Psyche reminds that the search for true knowledge arose out of the love from her soul and her willingness to act courageously. In the final analysis, Psyche discovered the greatest truth and suffered the greatest loss, the fate of many of the greatest scientists in history.
